- 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or similar
- Experience with SaaS systems at scale
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar
- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

- Embed SRE practices across teams
- Lead incident response as Incident Commander
- Deliver end-to-end monitoring and profiling
- Mentor engineers in SRE practices
